Foto update from Chile

Asado!!! Also known as the Chilean Barbeque. After the cow was slaughtered the meat was directly put in the freezer. In the morning of the trip they took the meat out of the freezer so it would defrost during the trip. In the evening a selfmade fire which resulted in one of the best pieces of meat I ever ate in my life!!!
